Hospitality takes place at the NEC Birmingham 24th-26th January 2011 and is set to welcome a 12,000 strong nationwide audience through its doors. The show covers Food & Drink, Equipment, Interiors, Exteriors & Tableware plus Technology – and is the UK’s largest hospitality and foodservice event in 2011.
“Hospitality’s aim is to offer operators practical help in how to make their businesses work harder. Our seminar programme will include advice from people who have been through difficult times and come out the other side, or have simply found a winning formula that has helped their business to flourish. Hospitality 2011 will share experiences, offer guidance and showcase invaluable solutions to help its visitors build a better business,” says Toby Wand, Group Event Director at Fresh RM.
Visitors can experience new products, enjoy networking with industry contacts, sourcing inventive ideas and pick up tips to improve their business performance. Hospitality is again home to Salon Culinaire, which is bigger and better than in previous years with a record number of classes. The Speciality Food Pavilion will broaden the ever-popular food & drink section at
the show with more small hard-to-find, artisan producers. An instructional seminar programme focusing solely on ’helping your business out of recession’ will cover a broad range of topics to whet the appetites of visitors from all walks of the hospitality world– whether they are responsible for IT systems, sommeliers, managing or working in restaurants, pubs, hotels, cafes, bars or quick-service.
“Hospitality forms a key part of our marketing plan for 2011, and in the past we have found that the show meets our objectives of both meeting new chefs and picking up with our existing customers. We are particularly looking forward to a buzzing Salon Culinaire.” comments Nigel Crane at Hospitality exhibitor, Essential Cuisine.
